This role is ideal for a visionary individual with a strong background in graphic design, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for crafting visually stunning and effective designs. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity, leading other designers, and driving design projects from concept to completion. Business Contribution: The TM – Malaysia/Brunei &2nd Brand, is responsible for developing incremental sales in Malaysia, Brunei as well as develop 2nd brand products sales in SEA. The role is the key point of contact for customers and distributors to provide both pre and after-sales advice.   Key Responsibilities: TM-Malaysia/Brunei - Identify new vertical markets and areas of growth to increase coverage and sales opportunities in Malaysia and Brunei. - Developing long-term relationships with clients & strategic key accounts through managing and interpreting their requirements. - Coordinate the RFQ (quotation process) activity, review and endorse the final proposal. Follow through the RFQ to final conclusion. - Discipline in updating all sales activities (calls and visits) in Sales Force including populating and tracking all quote opportunities. - Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education when necessary. - Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required. Removing barriers to inclusion and championing a better workplace for us all.    Our Global Innovation team is creating the next generation of intelligent, connected industrial tools and we need a Firmware Engineer with experience of Embedded Linux and Yocto to join the team in Cramlington, UK.   This role is based in Cramlington, but Enerpac has engineering and manufacturing sites in the USA, Spain, Netherlands and China so there may be opportunities for travel to support product launches from time to time.   Business Contribution:   ·       Development of embedded software / firmware as part of small, close-knit technology development team within the larger Global Innovation and Engineering function ·       Design and implement firmware on iMX8 and nRF52840 platforms, from requirements to production and deployment in low- to medium-volume products ·       Development of modular and reusable firmware artefacts, testing and debugging tools ·       The incumbent may be required to travel occasionally as part of their duties.   Key Responsibilities:   -        Clean-sheet development of new products and features for the next generation of products, progressing through to medium volume manufacturing. -        Take a leading role in the design and implementation of Functionally Safe (SIL 1) embedded controls system. -        Qualification and selection of sensor technologies, signal conditioning, microcontrollers and displays. -        Embedded firmware development in C to support R&D and prototyping activities. -        Development and support of customized Yocto build using industry-standard toolchains. -        Participation in DFMEA and DVP&R. -        Working closely with mechanical design engineers and in-house testing facilities to produce robust and reliable products that represent a significant technological step forward.   -        Cost efficient and safe design and development of standard and non-standard products.   -        Ensure business processes are executed according to the set procedures and standard workflow. -        Ensure all ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. There is scope for this role to be based in the UK, Netherlands, Spain or Denmark. The Vertical Market Leader is responsible for driving results and impact, utilizing the regional commercial teams and the wider functional organization in place. There will be a strong focus on the commercial development of the business, next to - albeit to a lesser extent - engineering and operations. The Vertical Market Leader will have the overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational, and financial results of the vertical market globally. He/She is tasked with growing the business: building brand awareness, mapping market potential, and driving sales (organic as well as inorganic) in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas directly and via channel partners. The successful candidate is expected to find in this role a steppingstone to other leadership roles.   Job Duties and Responsibilities - Mapping customer demand and updating/optimizing the product offering and adjusting the product portfolio roadmap accordingly. - Enabling the regional Sales & Marketing organization to deliver top & bottom-line growth. - Work with Regional Business Leaders to develop and implement the commercial strategies for the specific products across the vertical market globally. - Drive digital business transformation and transition the vertical to a best-in-class customer experience. - Support innovation by working with product management to improve the product roadmap for the vertical.   - Develop the organizational capabilities that enable the business strategy. Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Master’s degree in business preferred. - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a marketing, engineering and/or sales role; experience or high exposure to industrial products in global markets is strongly preferred; sustained record of self-motivated industrial/manufacturing sales or marketing achievements. Experienced assisting in the sale and promotion of products in the field. Experienced in gathering the voice of customers from end users. - Minimum of 3years of Wind Experience Physical Demands Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight. Employee may have to lift tools up to 100 pounds in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including traveling by air/auto to remote sites. Business Contribution:  The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse.
